Norman Fraley has 30 years experience in method development and contract research in Food, Environmental, Aerospace, Clinical and Agriculture industries. Fraley has worked with laboratories, food companies, clinical diagnostics, staffing companies, schools, NGOs and foreign governments to find solutions that work within the constraints unique to their situations. The key to his success has been to build resilient diverse teams, and to evangelize the organization’s vision. With good management and a shared vision, amazing things happen. Fraley also works as the Executive Director of the Frolich Institute and volunteers as a Project Program Manager for NutriAfrica.
